Mead & Hunt, a nationally recognized, award-winning professional services consulting firm, is experiencing unprecedented growth, and we have an exciting opportunity for a full-time Sustainability Project Manager. This position is available in Richmond, VA; Denver, CO; D.C.; and Portland, OR. A valid driver’s license is required.
Responsibilities include leading sustainability scopes from pre-planning through post-construction based on a variety of third-party standards and criteria, such as those from USGBC, GBCI, ILFI, IWBI, WBDG, etc. This requires coordination with internal and external project teams, leading charrettes and workshops, conducting drawing and specification reviews, assigning and managing work of others and acting as a technical expert. This role also includes participation in marketing and business development as needed, including writing scopes for new work.
The successful candidate must have all of the following:
- A bachelor’s degree or higher in Architecture, Engineering, Sustainability, Interior Design, Urban Planning, Landscape Architecture or related field
- At least ten years of relevant experience
- Three or more of the following accreditations: LEED AP BD+C, LEED AP ID+C, GPCP, LFA or similar
The ideal candidate will have any/all of the following:
- Experience managing multiple projects at the same time
- Client management experience
Salary Range: $93k-$130k
Actual compensation may vary due to other factors such as: experience, skill set, or location.
